Priorities

Revitalization Without Displacement

We must prioritize safe, stable, and genuinely affordable housing so everyone has the opportunity to remain in the community they call home. Development must improve the lives of the people who already live here — not price them out. I will continue fighting for truly affordable housing in all new development and responsible regulation of short-term rentals. “Market rate” is out of reach for many residents.

Public Safety Through Prevention

Safer communities start with prevention, not just punishment. I support diversion programs, mental health services, substance use treatment, and strong reentry support to reduce recidivism and strengthen families.

Domestic Violence Prevention & Survivor Support

We must strengthen prevention efforts, expand survivor services, and ensure victims have access to safe housing, legal protections, and community-based support.

Strengthening Neighborhood Voices

Residents deserve a seat at the table. I will continue hosting forums, supporting neighborhood organizations, and ensuring community input shapes policy decisions.

Mental Health & Substance Use Support

The need for services is outpacing available resources. I will advocate for expanded funding, community-based outreach, and accessible crisis support.

Environmental Justice & Public Health

Communities like the South End face disproportionate health burdens. Climate action must reduce harm, improve air quality, and prioritize neighborhoods that have carried the greatest impact.

Economic Development that Benefits Residents

Public investment should create local jobs, support small businesses, and improve quality of life — not displace working families.
